Terms of Service

SERVICE> I hold the right to refuse service to anyone for anything.I WILL NOT TOLERATE..> Begging. If you beg, repeatedly ask for "free" commissions, requests, etc. even after being warned, you will be blacklisted & blocked.> Hate speech. If you commission me & I find hate towards the LQBTQ+, if I find blatant racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, or anything of the like on your account, you will be blocked & blacklisted without a warning. And only refunded abiding my terms below.> Hostility. Of any kind. If you're hostile towards me for the time it takes for me to finish a commission, if I end up needing to delay the completion of your purchase for longer than expected and you are rude to me, I can and will consider cancelling your order and giving you a refund, if applicable. I will not tolerate impatience of that sort.

PAYMENT> If not done through Ko-fi, payment must be done after client confirms the sketch is to their liking.> NO payment plans for commissions under $100. All must be paid upfront.> If NOT done through ko-fi, i only accept payment through PayPal or Venmo.

REFUNDS> You can be refunded up to %50 if you ask for a refund before you confirm a sketch. Otherwise, NO refunds.> However, if you request a refund for a commission over $100, a %50 refund will be offered to you. Because $100+ is a lot to spend and lose, and i'm aware how frustrating that can be.

WILL DO'S> Ship art (OC/OC, OC/Canon, unsure abt Canon/Canon for now)> Mild gore (blood spills, injuries, bruising, possible bone-breaks, etc. ask!) & candy gore.> LGBTQ+! As long as it's respectable and genuine, any sexuality and/or identities are welcome, on my account and in my art. <3

WON'T DO'S> NSFW (very "iffy" on suggestive themes as well), this goes for fetish art of any kind.> Complicated mech (heavily detailed robotics (fnaf animatronics & not-too-humanoid androids are okay))> Humans/Humanoids (it honestly depends on the character, but I am not confident enough in my ability to draw humans yet, sorry.)> I will NOT draw anything hateful towards any minority. Nor will I draw hate symbols or anything like that. Be respectful, respect me & others, don't ask for someone to draw something so hateful. You will be blocked & blacklisted.

Copyright & Usage

CLIENTS MAY ...> ... upload commissioned illustrations to their own accounts with proper credit.> ... use commissioned illustrations for personal use (i.e: icons, banners, wallpapers, etc.) with proper credit.> ... print commissioned illustrations for personal use ONLY. (client may print stickers, pins, mousepads, etc., so long as all are for personal use only & not re-distributed or sold in any way.) ... (feel free to show me what you've printed, I'd love to see it!)

CLIENTS MAY NOT ...> ... reproduce or use commissioned illustrations for commercial use.> ... claim the commissioned illustrations as their own work, OR repost without credit.> ... remove ANY watermarks or signatures on commissioned illustrations.> ... alter or edit commissioned illustrations in any way without my explicit consent.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS> Clients may purchase Commercial Rights to commissioned illustrations. A %200 fee of the original price will be charged.> With commercial rights, clients may use any commissioned pieces to sell their own merch & profit from the illustration in any way they'd like.PROPER CREDIT ...> ... is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.> ... MUST include a link or reference back to one of my online accounts (Twitter, Ko-fi, Toyhouse, Inkblot, etc.) AND leave my signature in the illustration. Commissions should never be altered or cropped to hide my signature unless absolutely necessary. (i.e: icons)
